The issue is not that All people are bad. The issue is this you sell as dog to another Country
that does not have protective dog laws. That dog gets loose, that dog is now in the hands of
a BAD person, maybe they were casing out your dog, maybe they stole your fur kid you placed
in a loving home. Say the person who bought your dog no longer wants the Fur Kid you sent
over there. And they let the dog loose or sell it to a dog broker or fur trader. The contract
you have is only as good as the paper it is written on. Don't find out the hard way your fur kid
